Episode 57 – Where We Mention GamerGate
Okay, this is the episode where we decide to talk about all of the exceptionally ugly things that have been going on in the gaming community as of late. It’s not the only thing, but it sure takes up a good 70% of this podcast. We mostly talk about how the origin of the hashtag only works to mar any real discussion that might have arisen about games journalism. The tl;dr from us is that it’s stupid and needs to stop. But we also talk briefly about the release of Destiny as well as other things like tweeting at celebrities.
