Greetings, Dorkadians! As promised at the end of last week’s podcast, this week we talk about Harry Potter. Since it’s arguably one of the biggest fandoms out there, it seems odd that we haven’t had an in-depth chat about it before now.

Jim Dale won two Grammy Awards for his reading of Harry Potter novels (Goblet of Fire and Deathly Hallows) as well as being nominated for three other readings. They’re worth listening to.

The Harry Potter supercut, Wizardhood, no longer appears to be on Vimeo. Sadly, all we have left are articles like this one from the Mary Sue to tell us how it was.

A quick and easy way to get sorted is through The Sorting Hat Bot on twitter.

However, if you want to be sorted officially, Pottermore is the way to go. It’ll also help you find your wand, patronus, and Ilvermorny house if you’d like.
