Episode 61: We watch too much TV!
While we’d like to blame it on the fall season of TV starting, we’re apparently just hibernating and oodles of TV these days!
Though of course we did start out reminicing about a few older games: Bastion (which has beautiful music!!) and Banner Saga, that Nick hasn’t stopped talking about for ages.
And while Jon hasn’t stopped talking about X-Files, the rest of us are so damn excited for the 25 year return of Twin Peaks!
I think we’ve talked about this show for the last couple of weeks – it’s a good anime, but Kill La Kill isn’t something we’d suggest you watch at work!
Space Pirate Captain Harlock is probably one of the most beautiful anime’s that we have seen in a long time! And rest assured, we’ll have some words about Knights of Sideonia now that Hannah knows that there is a new giant robot anime that she hasn’t seen yet.
We apologize that it’s after the fact so you can’t get tickets for it, but Show Girls of Beast Island was an amazingly fun burlesque, but keep your eye on Unnatural Redhead Productions for other shows in Seattle!
And lastly, I don’t apologize for it – here is the He-Man and She-Ra Christmas Special!
